Core stability exercises will help you with that. The core of your body is used a lot. Just think about every time you lift, stretch or even get off the sofa. If it isn’t strong then you are likely to pick up injuries in your back quite easily. Having a weak core doesn’t just affect your back. It can also affect other areas of your body and doing core stability exercises can prevent this too. If your stance is incorredt then you won’t be hold your weight properly and your knees may have to take more of your weight. You can also have problems with your neck. So if they are as important as they seem why doing people do them? I believe there a couple of reasons. Those that know how important they are tend to be deeply immersed in the fitness world. They do their routines because they want muscle growth. They won’t get that with core stability exercises. The others don’t have the knowledge of the core. For those people who do know about them I am so surprised that the don’t do their core stability exercises. They won’t take a long time to do and you could add them onto the end of the workout that you do already. It should only add about 15 minutes. If you don’t workout at the moment then you can do them at home. I hope you realise the importance of core stability exercises. The next part is down to you. You need to take action and start doing them. Your body will be thankful for it.
